How to submit work
(& what will happen to it then)
To submit work for inclusion in Scree, please email thisisscree@gmail.com.
Submission rules…please:
(preferably) submit only one poem, ‘story’, or up to three images per individual submission (nb this doesn’t stop you submitting more work further down the line. If there are specific reasons why your submission needs to be longer, then just drop me a note first to check this would be ok);
send all visual images in low-res files (maximum 2MP);
indicate which experiment you are responding to in the body of your email;
indicate where you completed the experiment if it wasn’t on the route provided;
do not send offensive or explicit work;
do not break Covid lockdown rules while creating work.
There will be no selection process for publication on this website - all work will be published so long as it meets the above criteria. You can submit as many times as you like, to the same or different route experiments.
The best work will be selected for presentation at the launch event at Kendal Mountain Festival in November 2022, and will be exhibited during the 2022 exhibition at Wordsworth House. Please indicate if you don’t want your work considered for either of the above. All copyright remains with you, and no work will be shared beyond the confines of this website without your advance permission.
